1 कप समक के चावल (मोराईयो)
1 आलू (कटा हुआ)
2 बड़े चम्मच भुनी मूंगफली (दरदरी पीसी हुई)
1–2 हरी मिर्च (कटी हुई)
1 छोटा चम्मच जीरा
1 बड़ा चम्मच घी या मूंगफली का तेल
स्वाद अनुसार सेंधा नमक
2 कप पानी
हरा धनिया सजाने के लिए
वैकल्पिक: 1 चम्मच दही
समक चावल को 10–15 मिनट के लिए भिगो दें।
पैन में घी गरम करें, उसमें जीरा और हरी मिर्च डालें।
अब कटे हुए आलू डालकर 2–3 मिनट भूनें।
समक चावल और 2 कप पानी डालें, सेंधा नमक डालें।
धीमी आंच पर 10–12 मिनट पकाएँ जब तक चावल और आलू नरम न हो जाएं।
मूंगफली डालकर मिलाएं। धनिया और दही से सजाकर परोसें।
सेंधा नमक का ही उपयोग करें।
दही या व्रत की कढ़ी के साथ परोसें।
हल्का और पचने में आसान भोजन है।
